2014 Pricing

Peak Season (April 5-November 1) 100 person maximum
Saturdays, all events ~ 9am-
11pm  $1950 (includes 2 hour Friday rehearsal)
Sundays, all events ~ 11am-10pm 
$1200 (does not include prior day rehearsal)
Off Season (November
2-March 30)  75 person maximum
All eve
nts ~ 9am-10pm  $1200 

A deposit of $500 is needed to hold the date of your choice. 

Balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
Smaller events are a possibility and will be considered on a case by case basis.

2013 pricing

Weddings, five hours ~  $1800.00

Other events, three hours ~ $1200.00 ($300 deposit)
Off season (November 3 - March 30) pricing is as follows ~
Weddings, five hours or less ~ $1300.00 ($400 deposit)
Other events, three hours or less ~ $900 ($300 deposit)
same inclusions as peak season events. Due to limited use of outside space, 75 is the maximum
allowable guest count

Deposit is deducted from total cost and balance is due
7 days prior to your event

Childcare is available for an extra fee

What is included?

Aside from what is mentioned below,
The most important inclusion is flexibility

and personal service provided by the owners! We also offer basic, neutral table decor so that all you need to add is your color scheme to personalize

Not to mention the gorgeous views and beautiful sunsets!


Event Space

 2500+ square feet of event space. Great room with gas fireplace, loft and catwalk overlooking great room, large wrap around deck, partially covered and screened with patio heater for colder weather. Wired with stereo surround sound both inside and out. Large back lawn with views of farmland and mountains.

Rehearsal/set up time

Rehearsal and/or set up time provided for two hours the evening before the event as well as ample time the day of the event

Chairs

White  folding chairs are included in the price

Tables/Linens

Tables to accommodate your anticipated guest count are provided and basic white tablecloths. If extra tables are needed, those can be rented for a small additional fee.

Kitchen

Modern, fully stocked kitchen as well as hibachi grill and cooking area on the screened in deck.

Parking

Parking for up to 40 vehicles with parking attendant as needed

Restrooms

1-3 modern restrooms are available depending on event size

Bridal Preparation Area

Provided, very comfortable with attached bathroom, room for attendants and flat screen TV.

Decor    

Use of accent lighting and garden arch. There several options for centerpieces as well such as vases, mirrors....etc...
