The let us come into their home and treated us as if we were family from the beginning. We had our wedding and reception there, and we could not have asked for better surroundings or service from them. They did everything they could to make it easier on us, from helping set up to helping tear down. We are so blessed to have met the Zander's and are so happy that they were able to spend our special day with us. Thank you guys so much!!"

Both Karyn and her husband were extremely accommodating, helpful and enjoyable to work with in planning our unique event. The architectural work of the building is something to be appreciated on it's own but it is complimented beautifully by the Virginia countryside which makes this a truly special place. At such a reasonable price hosting our annual event at the Barn at Aspen Grove is something we will definitely do again for years to come. Thanks for everything!"

Kelly could not have been more helpful that night- assisting w/ audio, dvd and music. Was very helpful to have him there during party to answer questions, show us where things are kept (we took over the kitchen), etc... And parking - it was invaluable to have folks out front to direct. I would recommend to any group interested in hosting a (large) party/event to seriously consider your house! I’d love to do it again...! "
